Meet

Our first point of contact establishes the scope of the project and develops a collaborative client brief of everything that needs to be considered for the project. At this point, we establish a rough budget to work with for the Concept Design phase.

Concept Design

With all of the information developed from the client brief, we create the concept for the project. The flow through the space establishes the composition of the design. The plant materials, hardscape, shade elements, fire and water features, kitchen and dining areas, pools, decks, exterior lighting, and whatever is called for from the client brief are included at this point.

Price Quotes

Upon approval of the design phase, our next step is to get contractor quotes for the project. This includes cost estimates for various materials that may be considered or any design changes that

may be needed which may affect the budget. Once the contractor’s quote is approved we set a start date for the project.

Construction Oversight

During the execution of a project, we often are on-site to maintain the integrity of the design. This is especially true at the hardscape construction phase as well as the plant material installation phase. All plant materials are selected personally by us from our curated grower’s list from nurseries that range from San Diego to Central California.
